Bonus Terms & Conditions

  1. A no deposit bonus for sign up.
    1. To receive a bonus for sign up you need to fill in your profile and to confirm your email.

  2. No deposit bonus for gambling activities.
    1. A player can be granted a no deposit bonus for gambling activities, participation in the tournaments, lotteries, or for certain achievements in the project. You can withdraw a no deposit bonus after you wager it.
    2. A Casino can set a limit for a maximal winning sum, received after wagering a no deposit bonus or Free Spins. If the sum of your winnings exceeds these limits, your balance will be decreased. You can find more information about the maximal winning sum and wagering requirements of an exact bonus or Free Spins in the bonus description on the website or you can contact support.
    3. A Casino reserves the right to refuse to activate a no deposit bonus if a user’s withdrawal sum exceeds the deposit sum during she/he has been playing in a Casino or during the last calendar year.
  3. General bonus terms
    1. Bonus policy is focused on encouraging players in case of fair play.
    2. The standard wagering requirement is x30 unless otherwise stated in the bonus description.
    3. Keep in mind that every bonus (tournament, lottery) may have its own terms and conditions available in a detailed description of a certain bonus, tournament, or lottery when a user accepts a bonus offer.
    4. A user can have only one active bonus at one period of time.
    5. When wagering a bonus, a player first plays with real money, and then with bonus funds.
    6. Free spins wagering begins only after they are used. If you received a double bonus (cash bonus + free spins), the wagering of this bonus starts only after all received free spins are used.
    7. The maximum total bet when a bonus is active must not exceed 3 $/€, 12 PLN, 4.5 AUD, 15 BRL, 125 TRY, unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms. Purchasing a bonus or free spins in a slot also counts as a bet.
    8. You need to wager a bonus within 7 days, for a no deposit bonus a timeframe for withdrawal is 3 days after activation (if no other period is mentioned in the promotion description).
    9. To receive a bonus every promo code can be used up to 3 times (if no other conditions are mentioned in the promotion description).
    10. A deposit with a promo code or a withdrawal cancels an active bonus and the winnings.
    11. If you decline an active bonus, the winnings and the bonus sum are cancelled.
    12. The winnings from an active bonus are available for withdrawal only after wagering a bonus.
    13. The maximum withdrawal amount when activating any bonus, free spins, or double bonus is limited to 20x your deposit, unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms.
    14. Players may use a maximum of five no-deposit bonuses between real-money deposits. Only two no-deposit bonuses are allowed before the first successful deposit. In cases of bonus abuse, all winnings will be voided and bonuses will be cancelled.
    15. The maximum withdrawal amount from bonuses and free spins with no wagering requirement (x0) may not exceed 250 $/€, 1000 PLN, 375 AUD, 1250 BRL, 10500 TRY, unless otherwise specified in the bonus description.
    16. If a user violates the terms, plays unfair, creates strategies to avoid risks and receive profit, Casino reserves the right to cancel a bonus, and annul the winnings from a bonus.
    17. If it is detected that a group of users applies the same scheme or strategy of bets, and they are united by location, payment system, gadget, IP, or something else, Casino reserves the right to confiscate the winnings from the bonus and/or deposit.
    18. If a Casino finds out that the player received a bonus with a sole purpose – to receive a bonus sum and withdraw it or use it for other purposes, the Administration may confiscate the winnings and close the account with the right to withhold all further withdrawals. An example of such use of a bonus is to postpone the game (including Free Spins or other bonus opportunities) until later when a user no longer has to follow wagering requirements.
    19. If a player makes deposit with bonuses four times in a row and more, then this can be regarded as overuse of the bonus policy. In this case, the casino administration has the right to cancel all winnings and only leave the deposit amount. To avoid this, try to make a deposit without bonuses after three deposits with bonuses. The amount of the deposit without a bonus must exceed the arithmetic average of the three previous deposits with bonuses.
    20. Restrictions on withdrawal apply until a bonus is completely lost or withdrawn. This term refers to cashback withdrawal as well.
    21. Casino reserves the right to cancel, update or modify the terms of all the promotions, loyalty programs, without prior notifications, and restrict the participance to certain players.
  4. Tournaments.
    1. Only real-money bets in slots are counted in tournaments. Bets placed while a bonus is active do not count.
    2. In tournaments with cash prizes, the maximum withdrawal amount after complying with wagering requirements is equal to the bonus sum. The maximum withdrawal in tournaments with free spins prizes is equal to the winnings from the free spins. This condition is true if no other sums and values are mentioned in the exact tournament terms.
    3. The prizes can be activated in your account within 3 days after the tournament is over.
    4. Cash prizes will be granted in the currency of your account.
  5. XP and Crystals.
    1. For every 1 $/€, 4 PLN, 1.5 AUD, 5 BRL, 42 TRY wagered, you will receive 1 Crystal and 1 XP. Only real-money bets count. Bets placed while a bonus is active do not count.
    2. Depending on XP number, gained during the game, a user will be assigned a certain level.
    3. Crystals can be exchanged to real cash in your account. After making an exchange a sum will be immediately transferred to your account an available for playing and withdrawing. You can make an exchange starting from 100 Crystals.
    4. The Casino offers different Crystals conversion rates, depending on the player’s level.

    6. Crystals can be additionally granted to users as a prize in certain types of tournaments and other activities. Crystals are available for exchange into real money, but not for achieving a new level.
    7. The maximum withdrawal amount using Crystals must not exceed x3 of the exchanged amount.
  6. Birthday bonuses
    1. All players, depending on their rank (starting from the Champion rank and above), receive a special birthday gift – such as a bonus or free spins.
    2. The Birthday Bonus equals 10% of the total deposits made since the player's previous birthday. The bonus must be wagered within 5 days and is subject to a wagering requirement of x20.
    3. After complying with the wagering requirements and once the amount is transferred to the balance, it becomes available for withdrawal. The maximum withdrawable amount is equal to the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms. The maximum withdrawal amount from Free Spins is 45 $/€, 180 PLN, 65 AUD, 225 BRL, 2000 TRY.
    4. On every level (account status) a user can receive a birthday bonus only once.
    5. A bonus is available for users with a confirmed email and phone number.
    6. To receive a bonus, a user should have a deposit story of over 15 $/€, 60 PLN, 22 AUD, 75 BRL, 650 TRY during the last year.
    7. To receive a bonus you need to contact support three days before or after your birthday.
    8. To prove your date of birth, send a document copy (ID, passport) via email:[email protected].

    10. Birthday no deposit bonuses and free spins are available only to players who are in the red.
  7. Bonuses for achieving a status (level).
    1. The bonus for achieving the level will be added automatically to your account in the "Bonuses" section.
    2. Maximal withdrawal sum after complying with wagering requirements is equal to the bonus sum.
    3. All the available bonuses for achieving a new status are listed on the VIP program page.
    4. No deposit bonuses are available only to players who are in the red.
    5. VIP program no deposit bonuses can be activated within 3 days after reaching the level.
  8. Cashback.
    1. A percentage of guaranteed cashback (from 5% to 25%) in Marvel Casino depends on the player’s level. The higher the user’s status is, the bigger a cashback sum becomes.
    2. You can activate a cashback in your account.
    3. Cashback is credited to the bonus balance. The received amount must be wagered (x3) within 30 hours. Like any other bonus, cashback can be wagered on slots.
    4. Cashback is calculated daily from 6:00 PM (UTC) of the previous day until 5:59 PM (UTC) of the current day and can be activated in the player’s account within 72 hours after it is granted.
    5. The maximal withdrawal is limited with an x5 amount of a received cashback sum. If the winnings from a cashback exceed the maximal withdrawal sum, the difference is annulled.
    6. The cashback formula is (Deposit – Withdrawal – Current Balance) * N%, where N stands for a percent of your cashback, depending on the level.
