Terms & Conditions

  1. The terms come into force from the moment they are published on the Casino official website. The administration reserves the right to update certain conditions without notifying the players.
  2. The player undertakes to reread these terms.
  3. The player confirms that she/he is over 18 years old and that the local laws allow gambling activities. If a player brakes any law only she/he is totally responsible for that.
  4. The user is responsible for keeping access to the account (login and password) save. All the actions made using the access data are considered to be true.
  5. The Casino guarantees confidentiality of users’ data. Pay attention to the fact that Casino is not responsible for the money, bonuses, and personal data if a user gave access to her/his account to third parties.
  6. The user undertakes to indicate only the true information about herself/himself in the profile.
  7. Every player can have only one account for a mailing address, IP, and gadget. If a Casino detects several accounts of one user, we reserve the right to close all the account and compensate for the losses from the fund of the accounts.
  8. The user agrees to the fact, that there exists the probability of loss/winning and Casino is not responsible for the probable financial losses.
  9. The user is personally responsible for paying the taxes from the Casino winnings according to the taxation of her/his country or region.
  10. The user confirms that she/he is familiar with the local laws and that online gambling is allowed in her/his country. If a user violates the law of her/his country only she/he is solely responsible for the violation. We recommend that you precisely learn the current laws of your region before creating an account.
  11. The user undertakes to use the account for playing, making deposits and withdrawals. If a user is detected in illegal, fraudulent or prohibited activities, or in violation of the rules of the Casino, the administration reserves the right to close her/his account. At the same time, we do not undertake to refund or compensate for the funds of her/his account.

  13. Any errors that occur during the game are not the responsibility of MarvelCasino. This includes problems with the devices used by the user to access the games, with the operation of telecommunications companies or game providers.
  14. If a user detects an error or a defect in the software, she/he is obliged to report it to the administration of the Casino. If it is found that the user used this error or defect in their own interests, for the purpose of obtaining benefits, the administration of MarvelCasino has the right to fully compensate the losses associated with this error or defect, including costs incurred due to the lack of notice from the user.
  15. If the user is suspected to be manipulating the Casino system, MarvelCasino reserves the right to refuse to process withdrawals to the player or any other person / persons who manipulated the project system or attempted to do so in order to benefit.
  16. If a player violates any of these terms or if there exist reasonable suspicions of their violation, the administration of MarvelCasino has the right to temporarily or permanently close the user's account, refuse to pay all the winnings to the player and use these funds as compensation for the project losses incurred because of the user’s actions.
  17. Account verification, deposits and withdrawal
    1. The casino administration is eligible to carry out a comprehensive verification of the player's identity at any time, regardless of the current status of the player. Verification could include providing copies of your passport, utility bills, selfies with documents, webcam verification, or any other method. When using credit cards, the casino administration has the right to request a scan or a selfie with the face side of the card.
    2. For this, the player is required to send us a copy or a digital photo of his/her identity document. When making a deposit with a credit card you must send a copy of both sides of the card. The first six and the last four digits of the card should be visible, CVV2 code should be hidden. If you fail to pass this verification during 7 day period, it will result an account closure until the verification procedure is completed and you will be charged a monthly fee of 7 USD for the verification period.
    3. A player guarantees that all documents requested by the casino belong to him/her personally, and they have not been corrected. Otherwise (if the player has provided deliberately false or falsified documents), the casino administration has the right to confiscate the funds in the account.
    4. When making a deposit or withdrawal, a player is obliged to use only his/her personal financial details. This means that your first and last name in your account must match the first and last name of your credit card holder, bank account and other payment systems.
    5. The casino reserves the right to withhold 20% of the withdrawal amount if you haven’t met the x3 wagering condition (except all table games and those slots not falling under the wagering requirements). Please note that 15% of the bets made in all table games are taken into account when wagering.
    6. The casino can refuse to process a withdrawal until the user goes through the identification procedure.
    7. Verification of documents takes up to 24 hours from the date of submission of the last document.
  18. Refund policy
    1. No refund can be issued once the alleged deposit has been used.
    2. A request for refund can only be considered if it is requested within the first 24 (twenty-four) hours after the alleged transaction or within thirty (30) days, but only if the player claims that another person (or minor) had access to his/her User Account.
    3. The casino administration has the right to refuse return of any amount until the User's identity is properly verified. In this case, we must get guarantees that after the return, the User who received the return will be able to continue making deposits at casino legally. By default, a player agrees to provide notarized identity documents in accordance with the applicable laws of their country. These documents are provided at our request. If such notarized identity documents are not provided within five (5) days after our request, then no refund will be issued, the player account will be blocked and all funds will be debited. Such a decision will be final, binding and non-appealable.
  19. Casino administration has the right to cancel or update any promotion without any prior notifications.

  21. By using and/or leaving your data at Marvel Casino, a User agrees to receive a newsletter, including promotional materials (promotions, special and personal offers) and/or informative materials via SMS-services, emails and phone calls.
    1. A user confirms that he reserves the right to decline this agreement at any moment during its duration. For this just contact Marvel Casino support via live chat, email [email protected], or by following a link in every letter. Pay attention, that if you totally or partially refuse to receive Marvel Casino marketing offers, you will not be able to receive useful and up to date information about offers and promotion.
  22. These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao and the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the Curacao courts and to the rules of arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
  23. The United States of America and its territories, France and its territories, Russian Federation, Netherlands and its territories, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Sweden, Spain, Cyprus, Curaçao, Austria, Belgium, North Korea, Iran, Myanmar, and Ontario (Canada) citizens are not allowed to access the Casino. The Casino cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event that Player violates this restriction policy.
